Christopher is an experienced real estate investor and practitioner with 10 years’ experience acquiring, operating, and selling real estate. Christopher leads Flintstone’s acquisitions and operations. Before founding Flintstone, Christopher co-launched GreenBlue-Invotronics, an automotive electronics startup (sold to Insight Equity in 2014). Christopher has also worked in residential sales at Sussex Realty; in strategy consulting at BTS USA; and in venture capital at Redstar Ventures. Christopher holds an MBA from MIT, and a Bachelor’s of Arts from Middlebury College.
Rick serves as Flintstone Properties’ outside General Counsel, and handles all legal aspects of Flintstone’s acquisitions and financings. He brings 20 years of legal experience, and has been involved in hundreds of M&A negotiations, including real estate acquisitions, corporate restructurings, as well as the venture financings of E*Trade and Cisco Systems. Richard has practiced law in both New York City and Silicon Valley at large national firms. Rick is a former Infantry officer in the U.S. Army; and holds a JD from Cornell Law School, and a Bachelor’s of Arts from Allegheny College.
Bob brings over thirty years of experience in facilities operations, risk management, and compliance. At McAfee Inc, he served as Global Director of Compliance & Workers Compensation, managing 121 facilities in more than 30 countries. Bob has also developed and designed electrical, plumbing, and safety systems for facilities ranging from data centers to chemical companies across the United States. Bob holds a Bachelor's of Science from Kennedy Western University, and holds thirteen professional certifications in related fields.
